Shop Captain is a Local-First software provider. This means:

• Your Shop Data: The data you enter into the software (job descriptions, station numbers, employee names) lives on your local hard drive (job_queue.db). We do not have access to it, we do not collect it, and therefore we cannot sell it.

• Your Customer Data: Information you provide when purchasing a license (such as your name, email, and company name) is used solely to process your transaction and provide support. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

Your Rights (CCPA & GDPR)

Depending on where you live, you may have specific rights regarding your personal information, including:

1. Right to Know: You may request details about the categories of personal information we have collected about you.
